Chapter Nine - Bemberg Lining

Updated: Nov 6, 2018

For me the fashion equivalent to an interior designer is lining and preferably Ambiance Bemberg*. It takes the garment to another level and once you've experienced it you never want to go back. At least that is how it worked for me.

Randy is out of my budget, but I can afford lining. I love to just put it in my clothes. It makes getting dressed easier and it feels sooo nice.

I like to play with adding a splash of color that goes, but still contrasts with the garment. It becomes a fashion statement.

If it is possible I put it in. I even save my Bemberg linings and re-use them in the next version of the dress.

Bemberg (plural Bembergs) The trade name for a type of rayon yarn. Fabrics made from this yarn are frequently used for presentation flags, and for lining high quality suits and coats. Bemberg silk is a less costly, and versatile, substitute for natural silk.
